I’m currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a global law firm within the Birmingham area. If you are an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer who is looking for a fun but challenging role within a hugely successful business this could be the role for you!
The right candidate must have proven experience within a 2nd Line Support role and is able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer service, ideally you will come from a background of working for a big business or have a strong desire to want to work for a company on a global scale as you will need to be able to have the drive to work in a fast paced environment.
The team is currently working remotely until mid September whereby you will be expected back in the office to support the business as they all return to the central Birmingham office, so if you’re looking to get away from remote working and want human interaction within your working day again this role might just be the ideal for you!
The role works on a rota basis between the hours of 7:30 – 6:30 and includes an hour break so your days can be split 7:30am – 3:30pm or 8am – 4pm depending on what flexibility suits you. Perfect for someone who needs that extra bit of flexibility with their work/life balance!
As a candidate you will need to have good experience within Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory, MS Exchange and Basic Networking skills. Ideally you will need to have experience with all of these as the role would require you to hit the ground running!
