Accounts Administrator Full Time Permanent

The Role:
This role is based in the company’s Birmingham office
 
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Entering, analysing and resolving cash exception
– Analysing and communicating discrepancies with stores and Area Managers
– Resolving cash related queries
– Month-end journals and reconciliations
– Being the point of contact for G4S queries and admin
 

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Administrator role will have relevant experience of:
– Resolving queries
– Microsoft packages in particular excel
– Dealing with high volumes of data, and processing quickly and accurately
 
In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Strong communication skills
– Good organisational skills
– The ability to build strong relationships
– Ideally 12 months experience within a similar role
– Good numerical skills and attention to detail
 
You’ll also need to be able to travel to the office in Birmingham and be willing to learn and develop in your role.
