Business Administrator Full Time Permanent
We’re looking for a talented Business Administrator to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of strong communication skills and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills, showing initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving, decision-making and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.

The Role:
Based in the company’s Coventry office, as the Business Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to our growing business and customers. Along with engaging with different parts of the organisation, interacting with internal and external customers.
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
- Welcoming visitors to the building, organising security clearance and showing them to meetings
- Booking meeting rooms for colleagues and arranging meeting schedules
- Organising filing systems and updating office databases
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills, etc.
- Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
- Responding to questions and requests for information

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Business Administrator role will have relevant skills:
- A high level of organisation, good administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide range of people
- Ability to accurately transcribe messages and record information over the phone or in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly; Word, Excel and Teams
- Basic data entry skills and a knowledge of databases and spreadsheets
- Ability to use basic accounting software to generate invoices and receipts
- Ability to use scheduling software and workflow programs

The Package:
Basic salary: £20,000 – £24,000 per annum
