Sales is something you live and breathe, it give you that adrenaline rush that you crave. There is nothing more satisfying for you than to get past that “gatekeeper” that wouldn’t let you through, securing the meeting you were chasing for ages and finally winning that account you have been hell bent on closing. Problem is, now you’re having to get wrapped up in contract admin, bid documents, e-learning on what a good Salesperson should do etc, etc…blah blah! You just want to be out there selling right?!
If only there was a company that wanted you to entirely focus on selling, without the need to get bogged down in the admin stuff. The problem is, everyone will claim that they will offer you flexibility, focus or autonomy but when it comes to it, they want a log of your entire days activity or have a catch up call at the end of the day so they can track what activity you’ve done!
This client might be the one for you then. As a start up business, they offer flexibility and autonomy. You’ll be working directly alongside the Directors of the business so will be able to influence the direction of the sales strategy.
The business offers outsourced accounting services so will need someone who has a good understanding of service based sales. The ability to build relationships with MD’s and Senior Directors of business is of the utmost importance. They’re the decision makers so it’s crucial you work top down. In terms of the market, they’re aren’t a huge host of competitors, so some of the challenges will include educating prospects on the advantages of outsourcing vs having the function in house.

Salary: Up to £30,000
Bonus: 20% above monthly threshold
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
