Finance Assistant – Immediate start Full Time Permanent
We’re looking for a proactive Finance Assistant to work for a fantastic team based in Nuneaton.

The Role:
Based in the company’s Nuneaton office, as the Finance Assistant you will be primarily responsible for:
– Liaising with stakeholders
– Keeping financial records organised
– Entering financial data onto spreadsheets and ERP systems
– Assisting in preparation and posting bi-monthly payment run
– Reconciling accounts at regular intervals
– Sales ledger and Purchase Ledger postings and reconciliation
– Assisting with credit control duties

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Assistant role will have relevant experience of FMCG / manufacturing experience desirable.
You’ll also need experience of:
– Previous experience of access and SAP is desirable
– IT skills especially excel essential
– Processing invoices, sales and Purchase Ledger
– Reconciliations and dealing with financial data
In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Excellent communication skills
– The ability to work to deadlines
– The ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– Able to travel to the Nuneaton office
– Forward thinking and motivated
– Proactive and uses initiative

The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
