We’re currently recruiting for a Service Desk Engineer on a 7 month FTC to join a collaborate team within a challenging environment. The role is predominantly 1st Line Support however, it will have 2nd Line responsibilities too!

My client is based in the Litchfield area and can offer a fantastic work life balance as you wouldn’t be expected to travel to the office more than once a week! You’d be joining a very friendly, driven and down to earth team who will be there to support you through the challenging environment.
The client services up to 12,000 users currently however they are increasing this to 20000 so you will find yourself working in a fast paced, busy environment! They are also within the processes of implementing a new CRM, so an important part of your role will be to not only learn the CRM on the job but talk users through problems they experience as the system is implemented throughout the business.
You will also be expected to service a number of hardware and software issues such as software installations, and hardware issues such as printers and laptop builds.
Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Microsoft Office would be essential for this role.
